FiruFiru Games ("uygulama"), Bubble Paws ve Paw Jump oyunlarını içeren evcil hayvan temalı bir mobil oyun uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini, hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşılabildiğini ve seçimlerinizi açıklar.
Liderlik tablosu hesabı isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap kullanmadan oyun oynayabilirsiniz. Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız kimlik doğrulama ve liderlik tablosu verileri çevrim içi olarak işlenir.
Bu politika kapsamındaki uygulama işletmecisi FiruFiru Games'tir. Gizlilik ve veri erişimi sorularınız için FiruFiru Games destek kanalından bize ulaşabilirsiniz. Bu kanal herkese açıktır; talebinizde parola, ödeme bilgisi veya başka hassas bilgi paylaşmayın.
Liderlik tablosu hesabınızı ve sunucudaki verilerinizi silmek için destek kanalına yazmanıza gerek yoktur: uygulama içindeki Liderlik Tablosu ekranında yer alan hesap silme seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz. Bu işlem hesabınızı ve liderlik tablosu kaydınızı kalıcı olarak siler.

Bu oyun verileri liderlik tablosu veritabanına gönderilmez. Android sürümünde uygulamaya ait özel veriler bulut yedeğine ve cihazdan cihaza aktarıma dahil edilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlemek bu yerel verileri siler. Çevrim içi hesap, liderlik tablosu ve satın alma kayıtları yerel uygulama verilerinden ayrıdır ve yalnızca uygulamayı kaldırmakla silinmez.
Paw Jump liderlik tablosuna skor göndermek için Google veya Apple hesabınızla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Giriş sırasında Firebase Authentication ve seçtiğiniz kimlik sağlayıcısı aşağıdaki verileri işleyebilir:
Cloud Firestore liderlik tablosunda hesap kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmiş takma adınız, en yüksek
skorunuz, seçili görünüm kimliğiniz (skinId) ve kaydın oluşturulma/güncellenme
zamanları saklanır. Takma ad, skor ve seçili görünüm diğer oyunculara açık olarak gösterilebilir.
E-posta adresiniz ve Google/Apple profil adınız herkese açık liderlik tablosunda yayımlanmaz.
Premium olmayan kullanıcılara oyun sonu, bölüm tamamlama veya isteğe bağlı ödül noktalarında Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilebilir. Aktif oyun sırasında zorunlu geçiş reklamı gösterilmez. AdMob; reklam sunma, ölçüm, analiz ve sahtekârlığı önleme amaçlarıyla aşağıdaki verileri otomatik olarak işleyebilir ve Google ile paylaşabilir:
Uygulama, gerekli bölgelerde reklam izninizi Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) üzerinden sorar ve reklam isteğini ancak izin durumu buna elveriyorsa başlatır. iOS'ta uygulamalar ve internet siteleri arasındaki takip için ayrıca Apple'ın Uygulama Takibi Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni istenir; bu izni vermemeniz uygulamayı ve oyunları kullanmanızı engellemez. Reklam tercihlerinizi uygulamadaki Ayarlar ekranından yeniden açabilir, Android ayarlarından reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilir ve iOS Ayarlar'dan takip izninizi değiştirebilirsiniz. Premium hakkı etkin olan kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez.
Reklamsız erişim gibi satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından işlenir ve RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır. Kart numarası gibi ödeme bilgilerinizi almıyoruz veya saklamıyoruz. RevenueCat; rastgele oluşturulan anonim uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, ilk/son kullanım zamanları, ürün kimliği, satın alma geçmişi, makbuz veya Google satın alma belirteci gibi bilgileri işleyebilir. Satın alma kayıtları ilgili mağaza hesabınız ve RevenueCat kayıtları kapsamında saklanabilir.
Uygulama kararlılığını izlemek için Sentry kullanılır. Bir hata veya çökme oluştuğunda hata mesajı, yığın izi, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, performans izi, uygulama yaşam döngüsü ve IP adresi gibi teknik bilgiler işlenebilir. Bu veriler sorunları teşhis etmek, performansı iyileştirmek ve güvenliği sağlamak için kullanılır.
Firebase App Check; uygulama ve arka uç kaynaklarını kötüye kullanımdan korumak amacıyla Play Integrity veya Apple doğrulama sağlayıcılarından gelen cihaz/uygulama bütünlük kanıtlarını ve kısa ömürlü App Check belirteçlerini işler.
Android sürümü internet, titreşim, reklam kimliği ve uygulama içi satın alma izinlerini kullanır. Uygulama; rehberinize, fotoğraflarınıza, kameranıza, mikrofonunuza veya hassas konumunuza erişim izni istemez. Bu içerikleri uygulama işlevleri için toplamıyoruz.

Veriler; talep ettiğiniz oyun, hesap, liderlik tablosu ve satın alma işlevlerini sağlamak; uygulama güvenliğini korumak; hata ve performans sorunlarını gidermek; reklam sunmak ve ölçmek; yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek amaçlarıyla işlenir. Uygulanabilir hukuka göre işleme; hizmetin sunulması, meşru menfaat, yasal yükümlülük veya gerekli olduğunda rızanıza dayanabilir.
Yerel verileri Android ayarlarından temizleyebilirsiniz. Çevrim içi liderlik hesabınızı uygulama içindeki liderlik tablosu ekranından silebilirsiniz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız uygulama dışından hesap ve veri silme talebinizi hesap silme destek bölümünden iletebilirsiniz. Bir satın alma hakkını geri yüklemek veya mağaza kaydını yönetmek için Google Play ya da Apple App Store hesabınızı kullanmanız gerekir.
Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları verileri Türkiye veya ikamet ettiğiniz ülke dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar ilgili sağlayıcıların sözleşmeleri ve uygulanabilir veri koruma mekanizmaları kapsamında gerçekleştirilir. Aktarım sırasında şifreleme ve erişim kontrolleri gibi makul teknik önlemler kullanılır; ancak hiçbir elektronik aktarım veya saklama yöntemi mutlak güvenlik garanti etmez.
FiruFiru Games bir çocuk oyunu olarak konumlandırılmamıştır ve 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılardan kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamıyoruz. Böyle bir verinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız herkese açık destek kanalından bize ulaşın; hassas bilgi paylaşmayın.
Bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatına göre işlenen verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, taşınmasını isteme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız olabilir. Daha önce verdiğiniz bir rıza varsa geleceğe etkili olarak geri çekebilirsiniz. Talebinizi herkese açık destek kanalından iletebilirsiniz; hassas bilgi paylaşmayın; kimliğinizi ve talebin ilgili hesaba ait olduğunu doğrulamamız gerekebilir.

FiruFiru Games (the "app") is a pet-themed mobile game hub containing Bubble Paws and Paw Jump. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, why it is used, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.
A leaderboard account is optional. You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, authentication and leaderboard data is processed online.
FiruFiru Games operates the app for the purposes of this policy. For privacy and data access questions, contact us through the FiruFiru Games support channel. That channel is public, so do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your request.
You do not need to contact support to delete your leaderboard account or its server-side data. Use the account-deletion option on the Leaderboard screen inside the app; it permanently removes your account and your leaderboard entry.
The app stores the following information in its private local storage:
This game data is not sent to the leaderboard database. On Android, the app excludes its private data from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes this local data. Online account, leaderboard, and purchase records are separate from local app data and are not deleted merely by uninstalling the app.
You may sign in with Google or Apple to submit a Paw Jump score to the leaderboard. During sign-in, Firebase Authentication and your selected identity provider may process:
The Cloud Firestore leaderboard stores your chosen nickname, best score, selected cosmetic
appearance identifier (skinId), and record creation/update times in association with
your account identifier. Your nickname, score, and selected appearance may be displayed publicly
to other players. Your email address and Google or Apple profile name are not published on the
public leaderboard.
Non-premium users may see ads through Google AdMob after a game, after level completion, or at an optional reward point. Mandatory interstitial ads are not shown during active gameplay. AdMob may automatically process and share the following data with Google for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention:
Where required, the app asks for your advertising choices through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and requests ads only when the consent state permits it. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is also requested for tracking across apps and websites; refusing this permission does not prevent you from using the app or its games. You can reopen advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings screen, reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings, and change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Ads are not shown while a premium entitlement is active.
Purchases such as ad-free access are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and validated through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store payment card numbers. RevenueCat may process a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, device type, operating system, first/last usage times, product identifier, purchase history, receipt, or Google purchase token. Purchase records may be retained in connection with your store account and RevenueCat records.
Sentry is used to monitor app stability. When an error or crash occurs, technical information such as the error message, stack trace, app version, device model, operating system, performance trace, app lifecycle state, and IP address may be processed. This data is used to diagnose problems, improve performance, and protect the app.
Firebase App Check processes device/app integrity attestation material from Play Integrity or Apple attestation providers and short-lived App Check tokens to protect the app and backend resources from abuse.
The Android app uses internet, vibration, advertising identifier, and in-app billing permissions. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location, and does not collect that content for app functionality.

Data is processed to provide the requested game, account, leaderboard, and purchase functionality; protect app security; diagnose errors and performance problems; deliver and measure advertising; and comply with legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on providing the service, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent where required.
You can clear local data in Android settings. You can delete your online leaderboard account from the in-app leaderboard screen. If you cannot access the app, submit an account and data deletion request through our account-deletion support section. Use your Google Play or Apple App Store account to restore an entitlement or manage a store record.
Third-party providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye or your country of residence. Transfers are handled under the provider's terms and applicable data protection mechanisms. Reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls are used, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
FiruFiru Games is not positioned as a children's game and is not directed at users under 13. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. Contact us if you believe such data has been processed.
Depending on the law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, restrict processing, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Send a request through our public support channel; do not include sensitive information; we may need to verify your identity and that the request relates to the relevant account.
This policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The current version and its “Last updated” date will be published on this page.
